Our office is located in the Lee Building - 2601 Broad Street in Chattanooga, TN.  The building houses Classic Cabinetry and Michelle Workman Interiors on the first floor; our office is on the second.  The cross street is W 26th Street, and there is a parking lot to the left of the building.

The entrance to the 2nd floor is at the back right corner of the building, facing W 26th Street. You enter through the door on the right and proceed up the stairs.

The waiting room sits at the top of the stairs. This is a communal waiting room for all the offices on the 2nd floor. Please have a seat, text your therapist that you have arrived, and we will get you at the appointed time.

Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask us for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule your first session. As part of our standard practice, we will verbally share your Good Faith Estimate with you during our initial consultation and then you will receive it in writing with your intake paperwork. We bill our clients for individual sessions the evening of the date you received the service. If you need a payment plan, we would be happy to discuss that with you at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
