Ascend’s Community Life Groups focus on increasing clarity, connection with others, and real-time practice of important life skills. This is an on-going, drop in group for anybody wanting to maximize their personal development and connect with growth minded individuals. We meet virtually every Wednesday from 9-10:15am and in person approximately 1xmonth.

The P3 Cohort is a facilitated learning group guided by licensed psychotherapist, Aline Defiglia, and welcoming of all sexual, spiritual or relational orientations. This is a safe(r) space where we invite curiosity, courage, and ownership of our unique backgrounds and sexual and relational journeys.
